Dim lights flicker across a cavernous room cluttered with maps, blueprints, and holographic displays. At the center of the room, a large screen crackles, illuminating the face of DOC SANDY, a figure clad in a sleek, high-tech suit. The room is filled with the hum of machinery and the occasional beep of an active console.

INT. SECRET BASE - NIGHT

A ripple of excitement flows through shadowy figures.

A central screen flickers to life, casting an eerie blue glow over the room. DOC SANDY, a charismatic figure dressed in a sleek, futuristic outfit, stands before the screen. His eyes gleam with anticipation.

DOC SANDY (grinning with satisfaction):

"With the information provided by this latest leak, the game is about to change dramatically. We now have the means to disrupt the Rainbow Goblin Bands, obliterate their super-laser, and launch our invasion of the Rainbow Worlds."

He gestures toward the holographic display, which shows the goblin bands’ fortress and their menacing super-laser.

DOC SANDY (CONT'D) (voice brimming with confidence):

"Once their super-laser is in ruins and their forces are scattered, I’ll seize the moment to crown myself as Doc Sandy, King of the Full Spectrum. This will be the dawn of a new era as I unite all the States under my rule."

The shadowy figures around him nod in agreement, their faces hidden in the low light but their expressions reflecting a shared excitement.

DOC SANDY (CONT'D) (raising a decisive fist):

"Prepare for the final move. The time to act is now. Let’s make history."

The screen fades to black, leaving only you, Player, the dim light of the base and the palpable sense of impending change...
